Hi, I'm Lula! Welcome to my site!
I'm studying MA Design Management at Birmingham City University. I have a particular interest in human centered design, accessibility and user experience, and more specifically how those disciplines can be applied to rail travel.
I have a background in jewellery, but my BA year in Design Management took me down another path.
I have a passion for empathetic design, and hope to work in user experience design within the rail sector to improve user satisfaction with public travel.
